Our recent Quarterly Meeting was more than a planning session, it was a meaningful investment in our partners and in one another.
Over three days, our team came together to analyze partner performance, evaluate donor behavior, and discuss comprehensive strategies designed to build upon a great YE and CY 2025. Through hands-on collaboration in Avid our donor intelligence platform, we didn’t just look at numbers, we translated data into insight. We examined what’s working, where donor pathways may be strengthened, and where timely intervention or innovation could unlock stronger results.
Equally important, we created space for honest reflection. Transparent client feedback challenged us to think bigger and to ensure our partners experience us as a seamless extension of their teams. These conversations were about growth. They reinforced our commitment to leading with insight and inspiring confidence in where we’re going our partners next.
We also focused inward by defining what we truly do well. In small groups and full-team discussions, we identified patterns in the moments when we’ve made the greatest difference for partners. From proactive strategic pivots to integrated cross-channel planning, we clarified the strengths that set BCA apart and explored how to build on those strengths.
Finally, we turned strategy into action. By defining the purpose, systems, and strategy for next fall campaigns, we worked to ensure this critical season is not simply a calendar obligation, but a meaningful, results-driven bridge into year-end giving.
At its core, this quarterly meeting was about partnership, strengthening how we collaborate internally so we can serve our partners more effectively. When we sharpen our vision, deepen our insight, and innovate with intention, our partners are better positioned to advance their missions. And that’s the outcome that matters most.
